2009 vs 2014 Audio system changes? (lexicon)

So, I was contemplating of buying a 2015 Genesis, however the audio system is absolutely a let down . I came from 2009 and the audio was the best I have heard. I want to know if there is a change between 2009 and 2014. I feel like returning my 2015 to carmax and buy a 2014, save money and it seems like other than losing some technology feature, it has better audio quality, and I feel like the material is better made...

Get a 2013 or 2014 R Spec V8 Sedan with low mileage you will be a happy camper. I traded my 2015 5.0 with 86K miles for 2013 5.0 R Spec with 31K miles I am very happy with it as compared to the former

yea, I'm about to do that too man, God the audio is so awful in the 2015 ultimate...did they fired the audio engineering team?

I test drove a 2012 non-rspec today and the audio was just so much better! I just gotta wait till Carmax ship the 2013 to my location.
