Thank you both for the replies.

Unfortunately, the Hyundai Navigation Updater still says "navigation updates are being prepared for this vehicle." Mapnsoft says "no updates are currently available." I have a feeling it's an issue with the 2015 ultimate package, only.

Check again in a week. Supposed to be new maps in April.

I just updated my Nav to the new maps that was released on April 12/2021. It took about 30 mins to download and another 30 mins to copy to the sd card. It took about 30 mins to update in the car. So please give youself about 2 hours. Looks a little different ,but it was free. I drive a 2015 Ultimate 9.2 screen . But I'm happy so far with new Nav. Be patience it works.

No, carplay is not compatible with the Ultimate radio hardware, you would have to purchase add in module hardware. See 2017/2018 radio swap in 2016 ultimate?
