Mapnsoft v15 Releasing April 19, 2021

Filed a "bug" with mapNsoft with the missing features (volume know, night mode switching) and the busted USB.

Anyone else using a USB stick with the new update? Working for you?

That night mode thing is a bummer. I haven't tried the USB. I actually leave the SD card out, which means you don't have Genesis NAV but it also makes the interface faster. I just use Android Auto all the time.

For me a 10lb sledge hammer is too subtle... I am not sure if I am disappointed or not....

That doesn't look like the update I have. The new color scheme is copper, not blue. But I also don't have a G80.

When will they come out with a user-installable update that changes the color of the car to something you choose?

Did you bump the switch? Easy to do.

Rocker the switch back and forth and end up on "Auto" and they should be back to normal.

Yep. I can confirm that the knob no longer controls voice prompts volume.

The steering wheel button no longer controls Android auto.

Hyundai confirmed they removed the manual night mode on purpose.

For the 3 new things I like they broke 10. ,

This was a very poorly thought out release. If they had put all of this in the release notes I would have never updated.

Well, magically the USB started working again. Guess the indexing service was messing with playback.

Noticed that cancel route is back. And if I long press the map I can report things..m report to whom I have no idea

Soundhound is kinda neat I guess.... Maybe this is why they broke Android auto control.

Where's soundhound?? Can't find it. Not even when I press the steering wheel button...

No. I don't have it. It just gives me options "Phone, Navigation or Radio" ...
