  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi everyone,

I wanted to post a thread to ask if anyone knows what the part #s are for the front and rear underbody aero panels for a 2015 Genesis Sedan 3.8 AWD Tech. The panels got mangled after I ran over a shredded semi truck tire and need them replaced. I read some previous threads about the part #s being 29110-B1400 for the front cover and 29110-B1600 for the rear cover. I had the dealership quote me $869 with labor and I want to know if it's just cheaper to order them myself. Pricing currently not looking too good on HyundaiPartsDeal as both panels in my cart is around $650 with shipping.

The underbody covers are not cheap at about $200 each plus large freight shipping. You maybe able to buy a cheaper used set of under body covers on Ebay.

Thanks a lot, friend. I was able to find the two panels cheaper on a different parts website, including $60 of shipping. Had the dealership install them and ended up saving about $250 in the long run.

You are welcome.

What part site did you use?

I used Genuine OEM Hyundai Parts & Accessories | WorldOEMParts.com/WorldPartsHyundai | World OEM Parts Hyundai
They have a similar inventory to the other ones shared in the forum, but wasn't charging $230 to ship out the panels for me.
Thank you. I am always looking for online parts sites to use; especially if they are cheaper.

However; shipping charges may vary depending on the location of the warehouse in relation to the shipping address. Most of these online parts sellers are actually dealership part departments that sell OEM parts online as a side business.

WorldOEMParts is actually Ganley West Imports which is also a Hyundai dealership based in Ohio.
