Cost to reprogram 2012 RSpec sedan keys

I had my keys stolen and need to reprogram the key fob and all the doors. I bought two extra key fobs and need to find out how much it cost to get it reprogram. Who does it better, a locksmith or the dealer?

Not every locksmith can do it but I'd give the local ones a call.
