New in 2021 TSB on 2015 brake tube

Looks like a new brake tube campaign for those with certain VIN from Jan-Jun 2014 production and used in Salt Belt states. 6.5hrs labor, remove all brake lines, replace tube.

Might want to hold off on brake fluid change if you are in the campaign.

Thanks for this info. I was bringing my 2015 Genesis into the dealer for the ABS Module recall, and they informed me that my car is also part of this brake lines/tube replacement campaign. I have not received a separate letter on the brake lines/tube campaign and can find no explanation online. Do you have the TSB content or did you get a letter and would you mind sharing? Thanks so much!

Pro Tip from the dealer, arrive with less than half a tank of gas, as they need to pull the gas tank and it's heavy.

Thanks again for the info. I took my car in for both recalls/TSB's this morning. I was given a loaner, but told it would be done tomorrow. Another person said the dealer had their car for 2 weeks! I hope to not have the same experience! Thanks again.

Good luck, hope it goes smoothly. Fwiw mine also took about 2 weeks. Easy to pass the time in a loaner G70 though.

at least you guys can schedule a fix for this recall. When I tried to schedule this with the dealership, they told me they have no more parts and will have to call me back when available.

Even that's better than what happened to me last week. Scheduled an appointment for the ABS recall a month out only to find out when I got to the dealership that they didn't have parts and would call me when they did. Not going to hold my breath on that...
