  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hey guys. Just got a set of Michelin Pilot Sport AS 4. I have a dynamic with the staggered 19” set up. Question is: summer tires I run 38f 36r as spec’d by mfg. Tire shop inlated the all seasons to 36f 41r based on what they say Michelin specs. Ride is as hard as a rock. Seems strange too that there is such a big difference and that the back tires are now running at a higher psi than front?? The AS Front tires seem to have a little higher or more squared sidewall than the back. This was also true of the summer tires but it’s def. more pronounced now on the AS, which is kind of a bummer. Not sure if that has anything to do with it. Any experience with my ramblings? Thanks for all the help with the tire reccomendations.

38/36 - Follow what Genesis says unless you are tuning handling for the track.

Are the tires the same as oem spec? If so then the pressure should be oem spec too. Look at the door jamb.

Yep. Same as OEM spec. Which is why I was quite confused. I’m going to go with door and everyone’s advice. back to the 38f 36r.
