Ticking/knocking sound on 3.8 engine. Any solutions?

When I start my car there is a rattling but goes away seconds after. When I hit 2k rpms it starts rattling but when I pass 3500 rpms it stops and sounds normal. I do have camshaft sensor problems (P0391,P0019,P0391) that I will be fixing this week. Any help?

Cold start is when the rattling happens. When the car is warmed up it goes away.
