Yeah as a long time BMW driver that converted people see this car this becomes the brand identity. Genesis needs the lineup they have now in the US. Not a stationwagon g70. There’s not many Genesis on the road they all have to be phenomenal. You can’t have this odd car on the road.

I kinda see your point... but at the same time the car is very Euro/German so I think it looks good but Americans may not...

Respect that view. There are differences in taste and Genesis is doing really gut by not forcing the wrong car on the wrong market.

It’s simply an estate car/shooting break styling for a market that has interest in such vehicles. The sale, and success, of such a vehicle impacts your life and ego in no way. Try to get over it.
