    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. I'm livid. I paid off my balance the same day I received my account number in the mail. Just under $25,000. I received a letter in the mail acknowledging this and that the title and/or lien release was enclosed. Nothing was enclosed. I called CS and was given a FedEx tracking number of someone in Richmond, VA. And to a different name. I'm in WI. I'm really unhappy with Genesis' general level of support. On the phone with them now again trying to get this fixed.

Update: Call #2. Even MORE livid. 1) The lien release was not properly sent and enclosed in the mailing I received today. Genesis has no explanation. 2) The title was mailed to someone else in VA. Genesis has no explanation. 3) NO ONE can follow-up with me as a common courtesy over the phone. WTF?? 4) There is NO case number assigned. WTF?

This is a luxury car company in name only.

Wow that's rough man. I just replied to someone else who is having a rough time with the company on the dealership front. But given your situation, I'd be livid too. I hope they can get it resolved with you, that's a LOT of money (at least to me) to be mismanaged on the lien.

Thanks much. I’ve run this through the dealership also and they’ve been very helpful. That said, I’ve started a buyback case. I think that has their attention.

Had I had any inking of this I would never have agreed to finance (dealership benefit). What I do know is that the Finance customer service is beyond bad. For any OEM much less a supposed luxury brand. Extremely disappointing.
