Help with 2012 Genesis Sedan defrost whistle

Hello Genesis owners. I am new to the Genesis family and as the weather gets cooler I have noticed my front defrost whistles and isn't really blowing much air. The blower is excellent, but I think when I select defrost an actuator isn't opening allowing the air to the defrost vents. Has anyone else run into this problem? Does anyone know where this actuator is? Thanks!
