  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

2016 Hyundai Genesis 4-door Sedan, 3.8 litre. Just replaced 4 tires at 71,500 miles. Had 35K on these Goodyear tires P245/45/R18. Two rear tires badly worn on inside edge (see pics). Tire guy said he thought it may be bad rear shocks. Suggested I replace all struts and shocks and then get alignment. Also suggested I install camber/castor kit so the rear wheels can be adjusted. Cannot find suspension parts online anywhere. Where can I find shocks and struts for this car?PXL_20211113_205840714.MP.webpPXL_20211113_205845524.MP.webpPXL_20211113_205814132.MP.webp

New shocks all the way around? I haven't heard anyone on this forum even needing shocks yet...

Looks like a straight up alignment problem - and alignment on these cars are highly adjustable. Don't know why you need a "kit". Something doesn't seem right about that diagnosis...

I'd shop for a second opinion, if it were me. It seems like that they are just trying to sell you stuff you don't need.

Just my 2 cents.

Thanks. Will get second opinion like you suggested. Do not want to sink money into something if I don't have to. Hoping the rear wheels are adjustable for alignment.
