Thanks all though dealer now reports that the Tech-Line they called theorized that without an error code, the fact that my AC measured out as being overcharged from the factory with freon may be the issue and they reset to correct lower level (not without trying to charge me though!) Problem has yet to resurface in a few days' time but I have not driven in a humid/rainy day yet.It's freezing up due to a bad evaporator temperature sensor. See this thread: AC Issues in Rain
Does a bad evaporator sensor result in any kind of code? Is it plausible to have an overcharged AC and not have any problem show up until 3+ years of ownership?
