  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Springs lower it about an inch, when it settle probably a Lil more, run about 450 including shipping....amp is passenger rear back cargo side panel... Pretty easy to remove just be careful of the clips.. Use the removal tool recommended.... I'll have to check my gopro file... We film it and took pictures of the install.... I'll upload the Pic Soon.

Hi from Australia!

Here is the listing for the front seat back covers. Not sure if it will hyperlink on your device/PC - you may need to cut and paste into your bowser:

In my world a prestige car does not have hard black plastic rear seat panels with 'cargo net' pockets. The Aimban covers give the rear of the seat a 'plush' classy look. My children are adults, and would not recommend them if you routinely drive with pets or under 18's in the back.

If you scroll to the bottom of the linked page there is a step-by-step installation guide. It's plug'n'play stuff. I encountered no issues. Quality of material and fit is good. Best installed on a hot day so the material is nice a pliable.

Mind sharing with me details on your Subwoofer addition? Where did you tap for the Preamp signal and Turn on lead? And, do you have that wiring color detail? Also, I heard others had some sort of an issue with the sub staying due to Active Sound Dampening being on.. Not sure if they were just doing something wrong, or if this is anything you experienced?

Just Tap the sub line from lexicon amp and use LC2 Audio controller to detect signal...run LC2 to external sub amp to power subwoofer. Should be the black pigtail..... need to check video for color of wire. No don't have any issue with active sound dampening....lexicon sound is clear and clean, sub woofer bass enhance what the stock system lacked.

Sorry, I have a clarifying question for you....

1. While I have not YET looked hard, I am not sure where the Lexicon AMP is mounted. I am sure I can find it, but I wasnt sure yet. Your pic Looks like it might be in the Back trunk area. Is this right?

2. I can use and "Audio Detect" to trigger, but I was hoping for a voltage line. Worst case, I can poke a meter in the lines to figure out which is hot when the stereo is ON, but knowing there is Wiring Diagrams for all cars, I was hoping someone had this, so I had a head start.

3. Same thing applies as 2 as far as to knowing WHICH lines to tap on the amp. you mention.."need to check video for color of wire". Which video are you refering to? You included Pics, rather than Videos. Do you have a Video somewhere I can see?

UPDATE: I have an Audio Control LC2, and will use this for the "Turn on", since this seems easier. Just need to figure out the color of the lines for the speakers. I will run an 8AG power line from the battery. I have a Kicker Comp DVC that I am installing with a 600W amp for some extra punch.

I run 21s on my GV70, but I see others prefer the 19" size, but not the Genesis design.

If I was running 19's I'd be working google to see if I could find a way to import a set of these (or see if there is any replicas)...

Seriously good looking (y)

Hey Man,
Would you mind posting a video of how to pull the liners off? I am struggling and don’t want to mess it up.

Going to put it up in a few... need to edit it for posting.....if u decide to mess with it... watch some YouTube video that show some techniques on liners....make sure you use the proper tools to pop the clips... Get plastic liners removal kit.

Can you share any more info on the blow off valve?

I agree the GV70 sits way too high. Would love to lower it. Did you do it yourself?

AleonGV70, where did you get the "TURBO" letters for the rear?

Not really a mod but I’ve added this plug and play device which adds android and wireless car play , can install any play store app like YouTube , Netflix , Tom Tom and so on , also has video in motion so can watch videos from memory card , also has hdmi output so you can add screens in the back, has built in WiFi and a sim slot for 4g and you can receive calls on the sim or you can receive calls from your phone as usual , you can switch back to the Genesis system within a second , just by clicking the home icon
