Genesis Website Issues

I'm attempting to build a 2022 G90 model, but the website keeps giving an invalid zip code error with every zip code I've tried. I know the support for the older models that use Edge/2G/3G for connected services are being discontinued, but it's Genesis itself going out of business? I can never reach customer service and it's been 3 weekdays since I've sent them a message regarding the website zip code issue.

I'm thinking they are no longer taking orders for 2022 and the 2023 is not ready yet. It does take a long time for response even though your question could be answered in about 90 seconds.
