Order tracking tips and tricks

I am wondering if anyone knows of any other tips in trying to track an ordered Genesis that I am not currently aware of. I have a GV80 Prestige Signature on order and expected delivery date keeps getting pushed. From what I can tell it is physically in the country. Here is what I know.... Expected delivery in the dealers system started at April 15th and is currently at May 22nd. The dates and ship info line on the window sticker is 73 A 3402CMONZA. In theory that should mean it was expected in Philadelphia around 3/14 on the Monza. Running the VIN on React App shows a status of PA with no expected delivery date. The vehicle does not show on the Genesis vehicle locator.

Does anyone have anything to add?

Looks like Monza left S. Korea on 4/27 and is headed to Vancouver, CA. Philadelphia bound ships usually go from S. Korea through the Panama Canal. It's around a 30 day trip to PA stopping in Brunswick GA. first.

Yea I'm going through the same issue. Placed a deposit on a 2022 Prestige Matte GV80 at the end of March. Initial delivery date was April 15th, pushed back to May 15th. Now it shows as TBD... Dealership said it still may be delivered May 15th that happens sometimes.. Hoping it is delivered May 15th.

I'm in the same boat (quite literally)...mine says it was shipped on Monza, and dealer thought it would maybe arrive third week of May? It says it's being delivered by truck, so my assumption is Monza maybe offloads cars on the west coast then puts them on a truck bound for the dealership. I'm in the central part of the US, so no real other option that putting it on a truck from some port somewhere.....

Look at the Window Sticker of a Genesis the Dealer has in stock and see where the Port of Entry is. All his cars will come in at that Port and be trucked from there.

Ah, it says PT - doing a port lookup I couldn't find anything for PT (they all seem like 3 letter codes like airports). Anyone know offhand which port that is? I'll try to look again on my own when I have more time.

On the dealer system mine is now showing 6/2. Monza is currently in Vancouver. The Lapis Arrow dropped off a bunch of Genesis vehicles in Portland on 5/3. Wish I knew what was going on.

You and me both! I can’t find anyplace that tells me Monza’s itinerary in terms of where it’s heading. Looks like it was supposed to be in Vancouver in May 2, but then got changed to May 9. I read somewhere it’s about two days of offloading until it heads to next destination, which could be south through Panama Canal then onto east coast?

What does AA or TN mean for status in the app? It also says cars with deposits are removed from app. Is there a way to track a car if you have deposited on it? Besides having to ask your dealer?

Anyone know how to track using VIN. I have GV80 with deposit down and wanted to know it’s status.
