Interior Lights

Several months ago my interior lights begin to flicker and occasionally not come on. Two months ago the lights just stop coming on. Has anyone experienced this? I know it's not the interior lights themselves because all of them would not stop working simultaneously.

Yes, I've repeately toggled the door swtich, each light switch with no response. Also, the fuses are good.
