I posted this in the GV80 forum as that's what I was specifically trying to purchase, but realized it may be beneficial for others as well...
I've posted elsewhere how bad of an experience I had with trying to purchase my GV80 from dealers in Chicagoland/NW Indiana. I picked up my GV80 Prestige Signature today from Maple Hill Auto Group in Kalamazoo, MI (about two hours away). Nothing but excellent things to say about them - I talked with Jacob and sales manager Nick over the course of the last month or so. I was able to get the car at MSRP with no hassles. We even have a second one on order for my wife with them (I guess that should say enough right there). If you're in the tri-state area and looking for a Genesis GV80 (or even want to ship it), call these guys. If you wouldn't mind, tell Jacob I sent you over to them as I really want to promote the good honest dealers!

I did almost all my communication via email, was able to easily get all the info and pricing up front (which is often hard with dealers as many others forced me to come in, and only then was inflated pricing disclosed). None of that happened with Maple Hill - I had put a down payment down, and they sent me a form with the exact vehicle specs and VIN and written on it was "pricing not to exceed MSRP", signed by the sale manager. I knew I wasn't going to get a deal on one, but also was adamant not to pay more than MSRP.
Seems quite rare to have such a good experience these days. In terms of purchasing, I was in and out in probably 20 mins today in term of signing all the paperwork (another 20 mins to go over details, setup a few things, etc). Can't say enough good things about these guys. Can't speak for their service (too far for me too service my car there), but sales wise...I'd go so far as to say best experience I've had buying a car probably (and I've bought a few in my lifetime). Hope this helps someone out looking for their GV80!
