Electrical issue

My 2018 g90 has performed well until 4 days ago. It was completely dead so I installed a new battery, connected the positive and negative leads to the posts. Immediately it powered up. I drove it for roughly 30 miles and all was good. 3 days later I open the drivers door and it’s completely dead again. I called the dealer and they are backed up until my appointment on October 3rd 2022. Has anyone had this problem?

It sounds like either your alternator is not charging or you have a high parasitic drain. Either way, proper diagnosis is required.

Sounds like he has something draining the battery since it died after sitting for three days.
