  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

For one year my 2022 G70 sport prestige always tilted both mirrors down in reverse. Last 6 startups, no tilt down. Any ideas?
My other software glitches always resolved on next startup (no video on blind spot)

Turn the mirror switch to select either the right, or left mirror. If the switch is centered, the mirrors will not tilt down. Yes, this is in the manual.🙃

A trick I haven't seen in the manuals lately, is that you can adjust mirror tilt while in reverse, then re-save your memory setting, and they should be remembered in the future. It should work on this car, but haven't tried it. I'll probably try it soon, since my mirrors barely tilt down (certainly not enough to be of any help now), and report back :).

Thanks a lot Ernie. I normally read manuals, but this time I made an “assumption” that no setting existed to stop mirror tilt. Now it works! Brad
