After much research, "reviews", discussions with parts suppliers, and Genesis dealer I had to buy a new set.
Dealer told me there is no OEM part, discontinued. They've tried after market parts but weren't successful.
Found 315 hertz, told equal & compatible to OEM part #. My tire guys did the install. I saw they were active yet car won't, doesn't read/pick up them. TPMS light still on.
Going to drive 30-60 minutes on hwy, hope the car electronics picks up/reads them.
What's my next step?

Haven't had issues with my 2012 yet but in general the car has to be programmed to the new sensors. Tire installers own the programmer.

I put VDO REDI sensors in my Nissan and they programmed without issue. Unsure if VDO makes a version for Hyundai.

My batteries gave out on 3 of the 4 sensors. Shortly after I installed 4 new tires. I think they well original.
I did see a VDO option on Rock Auto.
I bought a set of Schrader also on Rock, but got local to me & my installer from local parts store. They also support installer. So if I do have issue they will take back these "electronic parts". I was leery buying electronic parts online and not being able to return "if" they don't work out.
My Genesis Service Mgr. told me they haven't had favorable results with aftermarket sensors and there is no OE part, it's discontinued. Parts department did want to sell me "a part" @ $114/each though. So I may be SOL with a permanent TPMS light on dash. Not happy about that!
There must be some "fix" for this issue.
A 2013 with 76K miles, just broken in.

VDO says the replacement is VDO Redi Sensor SE10002A. They also post 2 PDFs on how to program the sensors to the Genesis. I cannot verify any of this info however.

I am having this same issue. I had all 4 replaced at a local shop where I have work done. Their machine could read and program the Schrader sensors but their machine couldn't "talk" to the TPMS computer. The shop refunded my money. I tried to order them thru Hyundai and 3 months later they told me they were not manufacturing them anymore...they refunded my money as well. This has been going on for over a year. I was told by the dealership they will charge $140.00 to run their computer against the system which may or may not work based on the 4 sensors installed. Roc Auto shows some sensors that are programmable and some that don't require any programming. Still an issue but at least I am back to $0.00 out of pocket.

Mine are not working and the light is on. Didn’t know there was no OE part. In my 2012, they do nothing but tell you if you have low tire pressure. There’s no screen I know of to show you what individual pressures are. I have heard that only Hyundai dealerships have the machine to reset the light. So it’s possible your new sensors are working but you need to take to dealer to get light to go out. Cannot verify, but that’s my 2 cents.

That will be my next step. Hoping to make the appointment to have that done along with my second trans flush this time with a new filter pan assembly replacement but there seems to be a shortage on those as well. Second diff service will added as well. Will inquire about a set of OEM replacement brake rotors and pads as mine have well over 180K miles on them. Major problem are the local OE service centers have been super busy and serious staff changes which makes me a bit concerned.

I know all about the staff changes. The dealership I go to had a service manager that before Covid, promised me he would fix my check engine light (441 evap purge), and not charge me for it. They had already replaced the one under the trunk and the one in the engine bay and still throwing code. Stopped back in a month later, guys gone. No promises kept.

I know that pain. I learned about the evap purge issue in 2006 when I bought my new Sonata V6. They replaced the one in the trunk and said to not "top off" the fuel tank. When the gas pump filler clicks off, remove it. Don't keep trying to add fuel. Never had an issue since then and haven't had any issues with Genesis since I purchased in June 2014. Something with their system triggers the fault. Hope this helps you.
