FYI to anyone interested in the diffuser - the part listed does NOT fit the 2009-2011 Genesis Sedan. It is only for the 2012-2014. I ordered one a while back for my 2009 and realized right away after opening the package and inspecting the part that it wouldn't work. The model refresh came in 2012 and pre 2012 vehicles have a different rear bottom facia.

Hi there. I have a feeling you may have ordered somewhere else as I don't see your email address, first name or last name in our system for any orders. Wherever you did order from, it's not likely they're going to do a credit as the piece you ordered wasn't discounted for that entity to be able to offer the lower price. Also, returning for a refund will likely present you with a non-refundable processing fee (doesn't get refunded to the buyer or the reseller), as well as the cost of shipping to return the item.
