Since I purchased my car used, from an out-of-state dealer I have always been concerned about service.
The dealer who is closest to my home uses the Toyota dealer to do their mechanical work. The next closest dealer is 7 miles away but doesn't have the best reputation.
This week, so frustrated by the poor shifting of the transmission, and coupled with the back radio speakers not working, I took the car to this dealer.
The service was excellent! The radio was an easy fix and after applying the necessary updates to the ECU and the TCM the car shifts as smooth as silk. I can't believe it is the same car!
That leaves me with -0- complaints about this great car. When it wasn't right, I thought about trading it. Then I would look at it and think that is the prettiest car I've ever had. Now I just look at it
