Genesis Service - Indianapolis Area

For those of you in the Indianapolis area, who do you use for service on your Genesis? Do you like that service center, or is it just the most convenient?

I live on the northside and have used Genesis of Noblesville (formerly Terry Lee, now Penske) since I purchased my G80. My experience has really gone downhill over the last couple years, just curious if there are other options worth considering.

This location is convenient. I have purchased multiple vehicles from this NE dealership. The sale experiences were straightforward but I, too, have noticed a significant change in the communication, efficiency and overall quality of service. Service managers and advisors have come a gone but nothing has improved. I have a warranty and service visit scheduled for next week. I'll be curious how it goes (fingers crossed) I would also be interested to see what other posters have found in the Indy area.

The only other option would be Genesis of Carmel on 96th street. I have never used them as I still continue to use Genesis Of Noblesville formally Terry Lee Genesis, where I also purchased my G80.
I too have expressed my concerns since Penske’s took over Terry Lee Genesis. I also have become disappointed with the service department.
I find myself having to find the answers to questions they should know. As they go through this period of transition I continue to hold out hope that things will somehow get better, so for now I would rather take my chances with them then going else where.
There seems to be a lot of complaints and disappointments just in general about the poor level of service that Genesis owners are seeing.
