  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

We are having our first winter storm of the season...20+ cm of snow with high winds. I ordered winter floor mats when I ordered my car, and so far no sign of them. Has anyone else received the Genesis floor mats from their dealer?

Apparently they are touch and go for stock. I'm getting my car in the next few weeks and my sales guy took a set and hid them under his desk so that I'd have a set in case they sell out. In Calgary for reference.

My premium all weather mats came exactly a month after I took delivery of my car which wasn't too bad, the mats for my Ionic 5 took nearly 3 months.

Dealer ordered our mats 3 weeks ago...no sign of them.

Yeah, they look good....not a bad price either. I've already paid for the Genesis ones....maybe I could get a refund.
From the reviews and photos I've seen, your expectations for fit should match the price point.

What is the point of waiting for the winter mats, which one may or may not get before the end of the winter? I ordered mine, will get them on Friday. End of story... If they are not a perfect fit and finish I can live with that for 2-3 months a year.

PS And if the quality is that bad, amazon, will even pick them up for free at my house, no questions asked...

I ended up buying WeatherTech last month. Genesis brand not available in AWD on my 21 G90 since last Feb.

I ordered my mats when I placed my order in June. I got the car in September & no sign of mats yet. I've been lucky so far...the first snow we had was yesterday & it's going to be 10 deg on the weekend, so it won't be around for long.

I am too OCD I guess, I'd rather figure out a convoluted stop-gap, half-assed measure than order ill-fitting mats. To each our own!

My stop-gap is the mats from my Volvo and a cut-to-fit liner. I'll wait until I can get something of good quality before dropping more than $50.

The liner is $75US on Amazon.com, $180 CAD on .ca. Last I checked the Canadian dollar was worth more than 42 cents US.
It does appear as if the US site will ship them to Canada...

The Genesis mats although pricey and have a long wait they otherwise fit perfectly, look awesome and do a great job with lots of snow/water, dirt accumulation. The only place that dirt accumulates is under the go pedal. Unfortunately because the accelerator pedal is bottom hinged I don't think any mat would do any better. Much preferred the top hinge accelerator setup in the Ioniq 5.
Regardless with the hindsight of the past 2 months of very snowy winter under my belt I would totally buy these mats again.

While I was waiting for my mats I just bought a set of $29 el cheapo mats from Canadian tire, they worked fine just ugly as sin.

I purchased these online, came pretty quickly. They seem similar to the ones above from Amazon. So far, they seem to be doing a good job, fit the GV60 very well.
