PIN Token has expired error on app

Hi,
I just called GCS and they said after the update this has become a big issue and they’re working on it. The 2 workarounds for now are:

Delete the app and reinstall it and it might fix it.
Click on Utilities - Settings - then unselect Use Face ID at log in and Use Face ID for PIN verification.

Mine started today as well once the app updated. I deleted the app and reinstalled on my iPhone, so far its working.

I have an iPhone and didn’t have an issue, but our employees that had issues all had iPhones. (I work for a Genesis dealer)

Mine Started this crap yesterday and it was like WTF? App changed too so I guess the damn app auto updated and that revision is F’d up. Not a fan of the new look. Prior app was fine. Must have used Apple weenies that revised the app for Genesis? Yesterday when I got the Pin expired note I went in and reset the Pin to a new number, seemed to work ok for I got to the remote start OK but I’ve had a number of failed to connect failed start attempts, even before the app update. I park in the same spot at work so odd how one day it remote starts, next day it failed and says check my surroundings. They did not change so how the hell is the cell signal one day at the same location good, next day it’s a POS? My phone is an Apple 13 so will try to delete the app and reinstall. Pisses me off when things are fine and some yahoo programmer has to make changes and F it up.

It looks like they finally made the app the same for all the Genesis vehicles. People may not like the new layout, but that is what people usually say about any interface change for any app. You'll get used to it just like you did for the original layout. People were bitching about how it was layed out too. Oh well.

Try changing your pin. Reinstalling the app didn’t work for me on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, but changing my pin worked.

Thanks for this. I just unchecked use Face ID for pin and it worked by manually entering pin. Didn’t have to uninstall app.

I reinstalled my app and it worked 2 days, started again. May uncheck Face ID
