  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I recently added a subwoofer by utilizing the AudioControl lci2 and hooked into the Amp subwoofer speaker wires and everything works great. My question that I cannot find any other thread on is I am running a remote subwoofer control from the line out converter up to the drivers seat so I can control base from there. Can anyone give me advice on a clean way to run the wire from the trunk to the front seat. I'd like to not take out the back seat if I can avoid this.(I currently just have it running through the pass through until I figure out a better way to run it. Thanks for any advice / help.

There is a very narrow and tight path through the back seat on the driver's side. Goes straight to rocker panel covers and can run through there up to dash.

Any more details sounds like what I'm looking for

Thanks, I ran my bass knob through the ski pass through until I could cleanly figure out where to run it. Huge help now I can tidy up my install.

I mounted the control on the seat back just inside the pass thru door. I think I adjusted it once and have never touched it in two years

I have the panels off around the back seat, did you fish wire? I'm having a hard time seeing where this little path is.

Unfortunately, I Had To Remove The Back Seat Bottom Portion And Loosen The Backrest In Order To Get It Through The Little Path, And From There It Is Under All My Panels Leading To The Front.

So I guess there is no option to do it unless you loosen it take off backseat to get wire through.
