Key recognition on push start

Hi,
I bought my 2014 2.0 t recently. The fob for starting and unlocking worked fine. Then I had to get a new battery and the car has not recognized the key since. I've tried driving with it plugged in 85 km and shorter distance. Nothing is working and I'm car poor with payments lol. What do I do?

Maybe needs to be reprogrammed. Try a dealer or locksmith.

Thanks for straightening that out for me. They replaced my car battery. I'm loving my car but not as much as I could. It's got a couple issues I'm finding as I go.
The key issue, also when I try to change the time it won't allow me to adjust the numbers up or down. Parts of my mapping
But I love the ride
