Silver. Please report back after your drive.
Coincidentally, the demo I picked up this morning is indeed Savile Silver, just like the one you ordered (and same as my GV80). Will send pictures momentarily.
As for the drive itself, it's a blast. I've driven a number of Teslas and this definitely feels different. Yes, you get the same smooth power delivery as you would have in your typical Tesla, but it doesn't have true one-pedal driving, which I'm ok with.
The interior blows any Tesla away, which you probably didn't need me to tell you. But interestingly, the demo I'm driving doesn't have the same quilted seats and carbon fibre trim like I have in our gas-powered GV70 Sport Plus. You'll see what I mean when i upload the pictures. I didn't talk to anyone from Sales when I picked up the car so I'm not sure if this is actually a Canadian-spec car or what. Will ask the sales manager later.
I do notice the rear legroom is not quite as good as it is on the regular GV70, but that might not bother you. It's a super quiet vehicle, quieter even then my GV80. Buttons and other switchgear is mostly the same as my 2022 GV70, with some notable differences in the steering
wheel buttons. But that may have also been updated for the 2023 gasoline GV70.
There's a heated windshield function that isn't on either my GV70 or GV80, which I appreciate. The EV display in the infotainment system is really informative and useful. I wish the steering
wheel was actually a bit thicker, even though I do like the design.
I drove the car in Comfort and in Sport, and also tried Boost mode twice. As you would imagine, a 483-hp car with instant torque is going to be quick, I mean gut wrenchingly quick. You have a C2S (I also had a 2014 C4S, coincidentally) but these EVs are on another level when it comes to acceleration.
I'm definitely going to get an EV and it looks increasingly like it'll be the GV70 (I was considering the GV60, but really can't deal with the absence of a rear wiper).
I'm sure you'll love your new car.
