Power steering/LDWS/EABS lights are all on in my 15’ 3.8 Sedan.

I didn’t have the under car cover attached after a recent oil change. ( bad idea). I had to drive thru a huge thunderstorm there other night, and my power steering started to go off and on, making it almost impossible to turn when it’s off. The next day it worked fine again. The day after it was out along with the LDWS and EABS system lights. I don’t see a fuse connected to any of those components and have no idea where to look to fix the issue. My car isn’t under warranty, and I think that’s going to be a pretty expensive fix. Anyone know what the problem might be? Thank you for my input.

Best case: Water in corroded electrical connector (find clean or fix or replace connectors)

Well you were right, but unfortunately on both cases. So yes, water got in the electrical connector and fried it. Then, I get the great news that on the 2015 Genesis Sedan, that electrical connector from the brain to the whole steering sensors, is actually built INTO the rack n pinion. So the price, for the PART ONLY was about $6500, not including labor, and since I went through insurance, they found some damage that I was not aware of ( happened before I bought it) , and to fix everything was going to be north of $18,000. So my car looked completely fine, and was called a total loss. However, I went right back out and got another 2015 , but this time an Ultimate with only 56k miles on it. I’m going to go Genesis from here out I think. It’s just a beautiful car.
