  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

How do you get the weather feature to work under Genesis connected services
Just FYI, you have a G90 but you have posted this in the G70 forum. I don't know if it's the same technology.

I have a 2023 GV70 and the weather shows up sometimes as the screen display and then will quit working. I have contacted Connected Services and they have me reboot. It will work for a while and then goes out again. After calling them multiple times for the same issue, they told me to call the dealership for service. The dealership did a complete reset by removing the computer and putting it back in. I still have no weather showing. It only shows the default screen displays. Anyone else with this issue?

Any particular reason you need Connected Services to tell you something you can check by looking out your windshield and your outside temp gauge?

I like the background display to show the blue skies and sun if that is what the weather is outside. It shows rain if that is happening outside. It is a preference and not a "need". the default backgrounds are limited and boring. Not sure why it stops working.

That sounds cool. I see why you'd want that.

These days, I'm running Android Auto most of the time, so I basically stay in that eco system. WeatherRadar app has the ability to display radar map, which I find useful at times while driving, especially on road trips.
