I just purchased a used 2010 Hyandai Genesis. The feature set on this vehicle is amazing.

Is it pissible to get a manual from hyandai on this vehicle?

My main question though involves the rear sunshade. I thinkni found out through the forum how to raise and lower it.

My question is whether on not driving with the sunshade up is legal. I have this feeling it impeeds police ability to see in your vehicle and. Will lead to getting pulled over. Maybe that's silly, idk.

In New Jersey particularly, are the shades legal?

You may be able to get a manual here. I know you can for later models.

Yes, you can drive with the shades in place. My front windows are tinted and I drive in NJ about 30 days a year. Never got a look from police.

New Jersey tint law:
Windshield - You are not allowed to put any tint on your windshield. Front side windows - No tints are allowed on the front side windows. Back side windows - You can put tints on these, and dark tints are permissible. Rear window - Tints of any darkness are allowed on this window
