Now how do we find out his email address?

I don’t believe you can email him or any other exec at Genesis. it is a bit ironic the someone responsible for customer satisfaction has no way to hear from customers.

However I wouldn’t worry about corporate not knowing about terrible service. They have know this for quite some time and it will take even more time to turn things around.

No surprise there. I don’t mean to sound jaded, it’s just I have been here a while and have seen lot. The reality is that if he wanted you to have his address, he would’ve given it out.
