Platinum Warranty

I am looking for anyone that has had great dealings with a dealership and extended warranties. Just bought a 2022 GV70 Prestige with only 7000 miles on it. They wanted over $6,000 for the platinum warranty which was 10/100,000 miles.

We want an extended warranty, but do not feel that it is worth $6,000. I have been on forums before where there was a finance department that would sell to anyone to ensure our cars were covered. I have searched but found nothing listed here. Can someone point me in the right direction? It is my understanding the price will increase if I do not get this done before the car hits 10,000 miles.

Why buy the warranty now. A flood can come and take the car away and you stuck with a warranty you can't use.
To the best of my knowledge, they are not refundable, but maybe the one your looking at is. You probably have 4 of the 5 years left on the initial warranty so why not wait a while. I know Audi would try to sell me their extended warranty every couple of month when I was in my last year of their 4 year warranty.

The reason to buy now is because the more miles I put on the car, the more the price goes up. Also, I can cancel at anytime and get $$ back. If I trade it in or sell, I can cancel and get $ back

The warranty is administered by AUL Company. YMMV as the quote for my 2023 GV70 was very good for 10/120 bumper to bumper while the quote was actually higher than Audi for my 2021 Q5 PHEV.
