tires

i have a 2015 3.8 rear wheel drive, when i bought it i got a great warrantyand i am about way through it, so i am keeping the car but in need of tires. i would like some that would go in snow. now i have some generals , they ware real good they are from 2019 and still have good thread but dont like snow, so whats good that wont break the bank ?

I put on Nokian WRG3 tires. They have a real snow rating but are designed for year round use. They were recommended to me by my local tire guy and they served me well. I lived on a hill and had to go up it to go anywhere.

should i do them on rear only for winter tires ? and are they noisy ?

Nokian goes on all wheels. About the same noise level as any average tire. What is nice, they handle just like regular but are good in snow.

my local tire shop didnt know about the nokian ,but was able to get Continental dws06 for 895 out the door mounted

I bought cooper cs5 ultra real good prices at Amazon or Walmart.
