  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Size of Aftermarket rims

I didn't realize they were the same - but I see it now. VERY NICE SET OF WHEELS INDEED.

Here's my hack job:

Didn't know what color Genny you had... though I saw you post something about a white one earlier.

Looks the part! :)

Can you show me what the TSW Londrina (chrome) would look like on a black
Genesis?

I wanted to see what the TSW Londrina look like on a black Genesis but thank you this gives me an idea. On the TSW Londrina
the spokes set back in the wheel a little bit. Thanks again..............

I showed the 20's, since they are available. Price drops $40 bones for every inch you drop from the 20" ;)

If I were to purchase these wheels I think I would get them in chrome as they do come in chrome. I like the Touren TR3 but just wished they had not put the name of the wheel on the spoke. The Londrina wheel spokes sit back in the wheel a little more than the spoke of the TR3 and factory wheel so I am debating as to which look I like. The more I get into this more I think I'll just keep the factory wheels. One think I like about the factory wheel is in sun light the wheel looks nice with out over shadowing the car. I like to see the car stand out more so than the wheel.

what size would you do? personally I like the way the car drives now with 20's or the stock 18's. Plus running staggered wheels I'm able to get a nice size tire in the rear to help get the 4.6 hood up :D

I would go with 18" and if was not for the fact the car is set up for 18"
I would go with 17".

I found another rim that has caught my eye its the Alba Dash AL712.
I wished I could see what it would look like on my car. I am going to Discount
Tire on Monday and will double check fitment and TPMS compatibility.

I have decided to keep the OEM wheels. The more I thought about it the wheels were not an issue when I purchased the car
and I did add the wing center caps. There is something about the OEM wheel that just blends well with the car.

I thought about changing my wheels as well and decided against it. The OEMs do work well with the car. I'm just waiting for my tires to wear down and will replace them with some decent all weather rubber.

I was able to trade my tires in when the car had 300 miles on it for a set of Continental Extreme Contact DWS 235-50-18. I really like the tire and I do notice a slightly better ride. The Dunlops are not a bad tire from a performance stand point but IMO a little questionable as an all season tire especially when it comes to snow. Another nice tire is the Bridgestone Serenity which is a Grand Touring Tire so the ride may be even better.
