  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Trying to make an appointment for service. This is my first service for the car and I'm worried. all day tried to call service with no luck, rolls over to voice mail and the mailbox is full. Tried another number and same result.
This is Comming GA

I do my appointments on line.

I like to confirm by email with the service associate. That way I have a record of the appointment, the reason and the response. Of course, that assumes there are email addresses. If there aren't on the company website, you can often decipher the email system by using any other email coming off their website (common naming systems).

The Genesis Experience

We Are Here to Exceed Your Expectations
At Genesis, we want your experience to be nothing less than exceptional, from first glance through ownership.

At Genesis, we take a distinctly Korean approach to customer service, where we embrace the concept of “Son-nim,” which translates to “honored guest.”

The problem is getting an email response! 🤪

I have emailed my SA, the dealership EV concierge, and the general manager of the dealership and have received responses from all (Genesis of Scottsdale). If you are not getting responses, you have a bad dealership. If you have other choices reasonably near you, I would recommend you explore them.

From the sound of things, Genesis might want to dial this back just a bit.

That is what they say that they "want". Doesn't say that is what you are going to get.
