APP Time is UTC?

This may have been asked or discussed before but is your App time in UTC also? All my history and event times are UTC which is +5 hrs to me. So when I activated "Valet Mode" at 9:03a "my time" the app shows 2:03p... not super convenient.

Mine has always been real time, both EST and DST depending on time of year. Just checked to be sure.
