I need help with my car

I've been trying to update the navigation system per the direction from the website, but it never works. Where in Alabama can I go to get the navigation system updated to the current version?

The dealer should be able to help but it could cost you.

Alternative, depending how computer savvy you are or are not, get some help to be sure you are following the steps properly.
Use the navigation updater program
Download to the computer
They transfer to the proper size SD card
Put the card in the car while it is running

I don't know the size needed for you car at the moment, it used to be 32GB and you could use the old one.

They used to offer shipping you everything on an SD card at a modest cost.

Thanks, I've tried that several times and it's still not working. I may go to the dealer. Thanks again.

Here's a screen shot of the (Oct.) files on my card (2015 Ultimate), in case something didn't copy properly on yours. I assume the files would be similar for all models.



Ed mentioned updating it with the car running. Never did that with mine, just have the ignition on. I usually put a charger on it while doing the upgrade.
