Push start and off not working

Hello dears, i have a 2009 genesis sedan 3.8 75k miles, and recently last week i faced a problem starting the car, the dash displays turn steering while pushing start button, it takes 5 minutes of trying untill it unlocks and start, then yesterday i went to work, turned off the car and when i came back to start the car the car wont start and not showing any message in display dash, the steering is unlocked and i tried turning the steering still not starting not even Acc mode, I've changed key battery ,did jump start, and the problem not resolved, checked out all fuses all ok, i am from yemen we don't have professional car engineer to resolve the problem, please i want your help what should i fix or do to start the car.

Note:
- i have recently changed new battery for the car size 100, i had to jump start the car before changing for one week.

-Also when i insert key fob in dashboard the steering moves normally sometime i face problem adjusting it but it works ,but car wont start and wont light up dash or any message appears at all

What made you think it was the battery and not the charging system?

You might get better help if you put this in the correct forum. The G70 is about as different from your 2009 as you can get and still be under the Hyundai/Kia family. G70 does not equal "before the G80."
