I am interested in initiating a class action lawsuit against Hyundai Motor Company regarding the 2016 Hyundai Genesis and its 17-channel Lexicon sound system. I have tried to address the issuse and figure out how to file a campaign for a recall and cant get anywhere only to be shut down by Hyundai several times. The issue at hand is the defective design of the sound amplifier and speaker system, which causes the amplifier to malfunction when turned up to a higher volume. The root of the problem lies in the combination of 3 ohm and 4 ohm speakers, which exceeds the amplifier's capacity. To resolve this issue, the entire system needs to be replaced, including the speakers, to ensure that they all produce the same power output. I have already experienced this issue twice, and have been without my sound system for 2 years. Research shows that it is a common problem with this particular make, model, and year. Despite reaching out to Hyundai and dealing with multiple dealerships, I have yet to find a solution. I seek advice and recommendations on how to proceed with this matter and hold Hyundai accountable for not meeting business class standards.
