  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Finally pulled the trigger.

Genesis Model Type
Genesis G70
After wanting one since they came out just bought a new to me 2020 Genesis G70. 3.3T AWD in Adriatic Blue. I take delivery in a couple days. Super chuffed.

Tested the Stinger GT. Taurus SHO was on the shortlist too. In the end the G70 bang for the buck, with a likelihood of decent reliability (compared to the Taurus) was too good to ignore.

A 2004 Chevy Malibu 4 cylinder tin can. That said- it still won’t die— damned reliable tin can.

They were decent cars. They did what they were designed to do very well. But the G70 is one hell of an upgrade! Congratulations!

My college roommate and I bought a 1996 Pontiac Grand Am in the late noughts. It was still going strong when he eventually sold it to get married in the mid-2010s!
