Yes thx. I get the speed but not the direction arrows or street names. I wonder if you need the Genesis program that you pay for

You do not, not in the 2019 anyway - I never paid for the services on my 2019 and had them.

Be sure you are using the in built Nav - AA and CarPlay never did that for me.
