Since I installed (OTA) the September 2024 software update in my '23 GV70, I've noticed two things that HMC engineers seem to have addressed beyond the addition of wireless AA/CarPlay. First is that the fingerprint sensor recognition seems to have been greatly improved. The sensor has not failed once when recognizing my fingerprint. That is a big improvement over how it was before. The second thing I've noticed is that the annoying bug where the display shows the dancing dominoes and says: "Preparing Sirius/XM" and never clears seems to also have been fixed in this release. That one has been a real PITA ever since I got the car.
One thing that has not been fixed, at least for me is that Genesis Pay is still broken in my car. That's not a real big deal as it's a feature that I've never used and probably would use only very rarely if it ever started working at all.
I'm really curious as to how the rest of the community has found the update to be, and whether you've noticed the two fixes/improvements I've seen, and any other changes you've noted...mapping, etc.
