  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

connected services- worth it?

Good price. I'd pay that, not the original $300.
I agree. I as well would not have renewed it for 300. But I'll keep renewing it if I get offered the same deal again.

As a follow up, after having issues renewing connected services, Genesis extended my renewal date 6 months. So I paid $118 for a year and a half of service.

But it got even better. A senior supervisor emailed me and said because of all the issues I had trying to renew it, they were giving me a $300 preloaded debit card.

Final resolution - they refunded the double payment (118) plus the 118 I paid for the service and added an additional $65 dollar compensation..

So, I now have a year and a half of service for free plus $65 in my pocket. I am a happy camper and pleased with how Genesis finally resolved this even though it took a few months.

I had a similar outcome, 6 months and $100 gift card for my inconvenience.
