Speed camera ahead

So I noticed since I updated my navigation the alert when the gv70 will let you know a speed camera is ahead stopped working & I can’t even find the setting for it. Has this happened to anyone else? How do I turn that alert on or did they discontinue it?

Hmm, perhaps Genesis received a phone call from "on high", discouraging them from giving drivers that information?!

Well my cousin tells me hers is still working so I don’t know.

Do you know how to get to the setting to turn it on & off? My settings even changed & now I can’t find it.

Try this: Touch SETUP, touch NAVIGATION, touch ALERTS, touch CAMERA ALERT DISTANCE, uncheck CAMERA ALERT DISTANCE.

And here I was trying to find the setting where I can turn it off. I don't think you can, as the only settings seems to be related to alert distances.

Yea for some reason mine doesn’t work anymore or I’m not doing the right thing. I want it on but it stopped working after the update for me

Another stupid tech by Genesis, in my profile it works fine I get speed and red light Camera warnings but in my wife's profile it stopped working and I can find out why. If I dont buy another it is because of the stupid tech. My sister bought a Cadillac because she heard me bitching about the stupid tech in a Genesis.

Not a problem unique to Genesis. She may learn:

EVs are more dependent on software and everyone is struggling to make it all work whether it is a new company (e.g., Lucid and Rivian) or an established company (GM or Hyundai). If you leave full self driving aside, Tesla is in a better place on software (but not on many other issues) because it has had a much longer time with EVs to resolve issues. I was on the Lucid waiting list for a couple of years before the GV60P popped up in my area and I grabbed it; but I have stayed on the Lucid forum and a golfing partner of mine has bought one and Lucid owners are struggling with the software (the hardware is excellent). Compared to Lucid, and even Porsche, Genesis has had a better software run; but BMW has done better (if only they weren't so ugly).

yes this just happened to me to. how can I reactivate this feature?
