Stereo cuts out

I have a genesis with the tech package, and when I listen to the radio, the sound cuts out every 24 seconds and the comes back on, then repeats this every 24 seconds on the dot.
The dealer has replaced the amplifier, antenna, and then the head unit, they said that the program is up to date also. . Still having the issue. Today they are looking at maybe it’s the steering wheel controls .

Any ideas that might make the Radeon do this is greatly appreciated.

Did you ever get this issue resolved? I have the same exact problem

Audio is piped through I-Box, has that been replaced yet?
