  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I just wanted to introduce myself to the forum. I have been in the car business for 22 years and I am currently the service and parts director for Homer Skelton Wolfchase Hyundai. We are an Equus dealership as well.

If you have any questions please email me and I will respond as quick as possible. I have 2 Platinum Hyundai Certified Techs which is rare for a Hyundai dealership and I can pass your question along to them.

I have a question:

Why do we have to email you questions? Why can't we post them here so all may learn from your replies?

I use Homer Skelton Wolfchase for all service on my 2010 Genesis 3.8 and have been very pleased!

From time to time I will post in the forum if I feel an issue has value for all members. Personally, I found forums to have one or two argumentative posters and I will not respond to those posters. My advice is free and strictly of a helpful nature. However, I have already received several emails and prefer to email each member personally. Thanks

Thank you very much! We want nothing but your happiness. If I haven't already met you, please ask to see the service director next time you visit.

Dear Service Director,

Thank you so much for your post. I know what you mean about argumentative posters and BB's in general. (If you read it on the internet, it must be true<grin>)

I look forward to you posting on this BB. Who knows, I may even email you with a question or two.

Thanks again,
