  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I recently attended the opening Saturday of the 2025 Cleveland Auto Show (which I do most years). Genesis had about six vehicles there but what I found very disappointing to me is that there were no Genesis representatives at the booth and therefore all of the vehicles were locked. Most other luxury manufactures were there (Audi, Cadillac, Lincoln, Lexus, Mercedes...) with representatives and their vehicles unlocked. I could sit in any vehicle up to $194,000 but not in a Genesis. :(

I have notice this over the last couple auto shows in Cleveland. Given that Genesis is pushing to grow the brand by opening independent dealerships it makes sense to reach hundreds of thousands of potential customers by letting them sit in your vehicles right beside the competition.

What has your experience been at your local auto shows?

Sounds like they are operating the car shows just like they operate some of their service departments. 😂 (I slay me)
