Reasonable selling price?

Hey everyone! I've got a 2012 3.8 with 140k, looking at selling it this summer and get an r - spec. Could use some help with what would be a fair and responsible price.
Info
- I got the car at 90k and almost all highway miles to 140k
- Kept up well with maintenance
- no accidents
- car has a AC compressor whine (had it when I bought it) (AC and heat both work completely fine)
- check engine light on for emissions (exhaust leak) (car runs just fine)
- transmission and engine in good shape, no rough shifting or rough running
- gas cap busted
- select few scratches on paint and what not


- custom wheels
With all that in mind, I'm thinking somewhere between 3k and 4k? Could use some help. Thanks!

You are probably not far off. Couple of things. There is no 3.6. There is a 3.8 or a 4.6.
The check engine light will scare off some buys, will cause others to low ball you. Probably worth fixing.
Gas caps are not that expensive.
